About the Founder
Gunay Mukhtarova
Founder of Tech4Good | Sustainability & Lean Management Educator |UN Alumna | Distinguished Speaker | Artist
Gunay Mukhtarovais apurpose-driven sustainability strategist and the visionary founder of Tech4Good, aUAE-basedcompany championing sustainable innovation through technology, training, and impact-driven consulting.
With a career spanning the United Nations , the European Parliament , & global policy think tanks, Gunay brings a deep & practical understanding of how international diplomacy, corporate strategy, & environmental stewardship intersect to create lasting change. She is also the founder of the Lean Impact Academy , an educational platform focused on training individuals & organizations in sustainability leadership, lean management , & impact innovation. Her programs equip change makers to build scalable, ethical, & efficient solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) & the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 vision.

- Master’s in International Relations & Diplomacy, Switzerland.
- Graduate of the UN Graduate School of Sustainability, Geneva.

Now based in the United Arab Emirates, Gunay Continues to Lead Tech4Good with Passion, Purpose, & a bold Commitment to Building a more Regenerative, Inclusive,& Inspired Future.
